“The full package” Monitrice services and Birthing Coach
I offer amplified support in pregnancy, in-home clinical assessments as well as information and education to help guide you through pregnancy and birth.
Once at the hospital/birthing center, I will continue to provide physical, emotional, and informational support and advocacy.
- Intake session, I’ll review your medical history and birthing preferences
- Two prenatal meetings that include my prenatal classes, birthing techniques, working together with your partner/support person
- Phone and text support throughout your pregnancy
- 24/7 on-call from 37 weeks of pregnancy through your birth.
- Monitrice services at your home, as described in my individual services.
- Birthing coach, at the hospital/birthing center, I’ll provide physical, emotional, educational support and advocacy
- Postpartum visit, as described in my individual services

Labor and birthing Education
Prenatal classes – “behind the scenes insight”
of what goes on in the delivery room and all the useful tips and suggestions to decrease stress and anxiety associated with this amazing and sometimes challenging endeavor.
